By Paul Matcheson

Have you seen the increasing numbers of over weight folk in our community these days? Yes, the worrying number of over weight adults and children are now so serious that they are a threat to our health services. Such people are risking the development of such illnesses as type 2 diabetes, gallstones and gallbladder disorders, gout, stroke, heart disease, congestive heart failure, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, stroke, osteoarthritis, gout as well as some types of cancer. More and more those in the medical profession and politicians advocate more exercise and sports and even though more adults and children are doing so even more should. Interest in sports such as, biking, running and jogging, basketball and football are increasing in popularity more people still need to take part in sports. One sport that is becoming very popular is body building.

If you plan to do well at sport it is required that you invest a great deal of time, energy and effort. Also dedication and discipline are needed in gigantic quantities and this is undeniably fact with regards to muscle building. There is no way to avoid this fact however it is possible to aid the body building process by way of using body building supplements.

It is true to say that supplements are required if you do not eat enough vitamins, protein and nutrients as these things are required to bulk up muscle mass. Of course this is true if we are talking about natural supplements only as drugs are also called supplements, for example anabolic steroids.

Anabolic Steroids have been discussed in the press for a huge number of reasons usually negative. Of course the use of Anabolic Steroids in body building istotally illegal but some people still use them knowing full well the immensely dangerous side effects.

Thankfully today the larger number of people utilize natural muscle building supplements, such as creatine or whey proteins. Such supplements have much less risks and work together with the body and the bodybuilder's efforts to increase muscle mass.

Creatine is naturally found in muscle tissue. It is created by natural processes of the kidneys, pancreas and liver and is supplied to the muscles via the blood where it is utilized in their repair. It is the constant repairing of the muscle tissue that helps increases in bulk and mass also creatine helps to increase endurance.

By careful management of your exercise plan and diet, plus the use of natural supplements you can increase muscle bulk and mass safely and withhardly any risk toyour body which are virtually the same as muscle gains gained by the use of anabolic steroids and other illegal substances.
